For 15 years, I’ve worked where strategy meets reality. I’m drawn to complex problems—regulated industries, stakeholder complexity, and organizational systems. Not because I love bureaucracy, but because I love the moment when clarity emerges from chaos.
My foundation was built as part of the founding team at Fjord Copenhagen, where I navigated high-stakes systemic challenges for global leaders like Maersk, IKEA, and Novo Nordisk. I later helped scale VENZO from 60 to 220+ people by designing the organizational systems and brand architecture that unified eight fragmented subsidiaries into one cohesive entity.
While I thrive in the enterprise machine, I am equally shaped by the grit of the startup world. Having founded my own ventures, I understand both the urgency of business results and the invaluable lessons found in failure.
