1) CHALLENGE

Agoprene is disrupting the furniture industry from the inside out—literally. The challenge was to transform a "hidden" raw material (seaweed-based foam) from a technical lab-component into a definitive material choice that resonates with the world’s leading furniture houses.

2) APPROACH

We shifted the narrative from "sustainable commodity" to "sensorial necessity." By moving away from clinical R&D aesthetics, we focused on the visceral: the tactile obsession of the material. We positioned Agoprene as a brand so pure it’s "elemental," bridging the gap between raw nature and refined industry.

3) SOLUTION

A visual identity rooted in "Organic Precision." The system uses a high-contrast palette of Oceanic Deep and Nordic Light, paired with a motion-language of horizontal tides and vertical growth. Every touchpoint, from the haptic-focused cinematography to the digital experience, echoes the product’s circular soul.

4) IMPACT

Agoprene has graduated from the laboratory to the production floor. By achieving "Material Parity" with the industry’s most respected manufacturers, we’ve enabled seamless entry into the premier design market. It’s no longer just foam; it’s a catalyst for the next era of bio-based interior design.
