1) CHALLENGE

Build and launch a market-ready AI solution from scratch in 30 days. The goal was to prove that technical viability and high-end design could coexist under extreme time constraints.

2) APPROACH

I treated the cohort as a high-velocity R&D lab. Instead of settling for the first idea, I spent three weeks on rapid-fire experiments. Using my stack to fail fast, I mapped the technical boundaries of AI integration before committing to a final direction.

3) SOLUTION

The final product was built in a state of flow, fueled by the insights from 20+ prior explorations. By mastering the stack through iteration, I eliminated the gap between complex backend logic and uncompromising design craft.

4) IMPACT

Awarded "Best Design" at the 2025 cohort finale. More than just a win, it proved that using iteration as an engine allows for award-winning craft at startup velocity.
